Pat holds a master’s degree in Anthropology and Urban Planning along with a law degree from Georgetown University. Her work has taken her from National Capital Planning Commission, under President Gerald Ford’s administration, to practicing real estate development law at her own Washington D.C. firm. Since her move to the Valley in 1994, Pat’s work ethic and insight have consistently made her one of the area’s top producing agents.

Each degree and year of service is dedicated to the one thing she values most: matching people to properties!

“My real estate honors and sales figures will never be as important as my one-on-one relationships with clients. Whether they are CEOs, first-time homeowners, celebrities, single parents, or retired couples, my clients know that I devote my full attention to helping them get as close as possible to achieving their dream home. I am both persistent and stubborn!”

A resident of Gainey Ranch, Pat knows the entire Valley but specializes in central and south Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree, and Cave Creek. Clients appreciate her expertise, honesty, comprehensive insight into the industry as well as her awareness of prevailing trends.

While Pat admits that she is always thinking about her clients, she is an active member of her community, volunteering in leadership positions for a variety of organizations. An avid reader who loves the outdoors, she also prioritizes time with her daughter and French bulldog. “I love what I do,” says Pat. “There’s nothing more gratifying than putting people and places together!”
